Lead Generation

Potential  Wholesale Qualified Leads are selected based on an initial set of filters used by many established and experienced Amazon sellers.

In our system a typical Wholesale Lead will have..

  • Average 30 day price of £30 or more

  • 4 Star rating or more

  • 3 or more sellers

  • 1 or more FBA seller

  • Minimum of 30 Bought in Past Month or a comparable BSR

  • 30 day price deviation of  up to £2

Asin Product Matching

We maintain a Master Supplier Price File that is a single standard format price file made up from multiple Wholesale Supplier Pricelists.

This is used to matcj products on Amazon with potential Wholesale Suppliers.

If a match is found on the barcode then we use the match the supplier product with the Asin. If there is no barcode match we attempt to match the asin description with the supplier Item Description.

Profitability

After Asin Product Matching the Leads are checked to see if they can meet at least one minimum profit target.. Profit Amount, Margin or ROI. 

Nornally you may do this one asin at a time ...we do this 1000's at a time.

Our system will do the following:

  • Attempt to work out the Pack size the products is sold in

  • Calculates the Maximum cost that can be paid for a product to make a minimum ROI of 20%

  • Calculates the profit. margin and ROI  using the unit cost price and pack size if a supplier match exists. If no supplier match exists then the Maximum cost value is used.

  • If a product  mets a profit target at the 30 day selling price and has sold for more in last 6 months then this price is set as the target selling price

  • Each Lead is then assigned a Profit Category based on the results.
